Cabka has a two-tier board consisting of a Supervisory Board and a Management Board. The Management Board consist of two members and is responsible for the management of the Cabka, with a focus on long-term value creation taking into account relevant stakeholders interests.

Career history: Joined Cabka as Chief Executive Officer in 2024. In the period between 2013 and 2023 Mr. Masharov held several management positions within KETER Group and became the CEO of B&C International until joining Cabka in August 2024.

Mark Letterie
Mark Letterie (1980)

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - to be formally appointed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in October 2025
Nationality: Dutch
Term: First, ends at General Meeting 2029
Career history: Mark Letterie joined Cabka as Chief Financial Officer in September 2025. Prior to this, he held senior financial and leadership roles at Vinmar International from 2020 to 2025. Between 2012 and 2020, he worked at Caterpillar Work Tools B.V. in various financial positions. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles at Royal Haskoning and Zhengtai Group.
